Liz Demeusy Patel, PhD
Liz is a Clinical Psychologist specializing in anxiety and mood disorders, grief, trauma, behavioral concerns, and interpersonal difficulties. Her approach is compassionate and individualized, helping clients to openly explore their concerns, while building their confidence in navigating life’s challenges and transitions.
In her practice, Liz utilizes a variety of evidence-based treatment models, including CBT, DBT, ACT and other approaches depending on the client’s preferences and presenting concerns. She has experience providing individual, family, and group therapy across developmental stages (infancy – adulthood) in both outpatient and school settings. Liz has a special interest in working with children, adolescents and their caregivers, as well as providing consultation to leaders, teams, and systems.
