Groups and Courses
Why join a group?
Groups are a great way to learn skills in a welcoming, low-stress atmosphere. They are time-limited and cost less than individual therapy.
How does it work?
If one or more of our groups appeals to you, reach out to us via the sign-up button, and we’ll answer any questions you have or ask you a few questions to make sure the group is a good fit. We’ll then get you signed up!
What is the cost?
Group and workshop fees vary depending on group size and length. See below for each group’s details. We have a limited number of sliding fee and scholarship spots available when needed. We do not bill insurance for groups or workshops, though we are happy to provide you with a receipt.
