These sessions are designed to help you learn new skills that can be implemented in your daily lives. Each workshop will focus on a different tool for enhancing your sense of self:

Workshop 2: Self-Validation — 7/18 @ 6:30-7:30PM (US Eastern Standard Time)
Workshop 3: Self-Compassion — 7/25 @ 6:30-7:30PM (US Eastern Standard Time)
