Offering Individual and Group Therapy for a Range of Concerns
In my work as a Clinical Psychologist I use an integrative approach to therapy, working with individuals age 10 through adult, in individual, family and group formats. I draw upon my own, and my clients’, strengths and intuition to identify areas for growth, change, or healing, and to work thoughtfully toward those changes. I also rely on practical, straightforward strategies for movement and change, with empirically established, state of the art therapies. Many of my clients use our therapy as part of an integrative approach to health that also includes yoga or meditation, prayer or faith-based work, fitness and nutrition plans, and family or couples work as part of their therapeutic journey.
