About me

Pleased to meet you…..

This Is My Story

Achieving a doctorate in Clinical Psychology and joining the faculty at Harvard Medical School represented the fulfillment of some major life goals, which has allowed me to craft a rewarding career in Coaching and Psychology.  Today I am grateful to work at what I love, helping others to improve their lives.  I enjoy working with individuals and groups, both privately and in workshops and conferences, as well as writing and mentoring.

I have lived in many parts of the U.S., but I call Boston home.  Practicing mindfulness, positive psychology and faith helps me to cultivate balance in life. In my leisure time, I enjoy spending time with those I love, having travel and cooking adventures, and being near the ocean whenever possible.
